We can advise you on the inspection report and enforcement notices, including what is required to be done in order to meet and maintain the required standard. We will support your staff in the creation of an Action Plan to meet this criteria.
We can advise and train your staff on Statutory Documentation (eForms) such as Annual Returns, Self-Assessments and Notifications which are all submitted electronically to the Care Inspectorate. The quality of evidence and data provided in these documents impacts directly on specific quality themes and can result in more (or fewer) quality statements being inspected – so they are critical to a Care Service’s operational process and should be filled out, in time and correctly.
